Christmas Shipping Schedule: (see map below)

Yellow zone- order by Noon Dec. 21st via Ground shipping

Orange zone - order by Noon Dec. 20th via Ground, or 21st via 2 day*

Green zone- order by Noon Dec. 19th via Ground, or 21st via 2 day*

Red zone- order by  Noon Dec. 16th via Ground, by Noon Dec. 19th via 3 day or by Noon the 21st via 2 day*

Bright orange -  order by  Noon Dec. 15th via Ground, by Noon Dec. 16th via 3 day or by Noon the 21st via 2 day*

*Extra Large / heavy items cannot ship 2 day.  Large items may be more expensive to ship.  Our 2 day shipping is an estimate.  Most of the time it is correct.  We will call you if the 2 day charge will be more.

CANADA SHIPMENTS (ground only):

Canadian shipments only go by ground (usually USPS).  (No 3rd day or 2nd day).  Shipment prices are estimated.  You will be charged the listed price unless we contact you (which we do only when the actual shipping price is significantly higher). 

USA 3 Day UPS - ARRIVES on 4th business day (M-F) if purchased by 1pm EST. - NO Alaska & Hawaii

2 Day UPS - ARRIVES on 3rd business day (M-F) if purchased by 1pm EST.

2nd and 3rd day shipping not available for large items (playtables, playboards, large thomas sets, art easels...).

NO 100% guarantees of on time arrival, but we RARELY have any problems. We will certainly refund your shipping money if you ordered as above and did not receive it in time. If you live in a very rural area, please consider ordering earlier than above guide.
